For a bug, it helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, the Harvest version (shown at the bottom of Settings), and what you were doing when it happened.

Common Questions

A stock says “Fetching data”

The first time anyone looks up a less common stock, Harvest’s server has to fetch it, which can take a few minutes. You can keep using the app, and the stock fills in on its own.

Prices look a day old

Harvest shows the previous trading day’s closing price. Dividend projections are estimates based on each company’s recent payments.

How do dividend reminders work?

Turn on Dividend Alerts in Settings and Harvest notifies you the day before each payment. Turn it off the same way.

Where is my data?

Your holdings, share counts, and income goal are stored only on your iPhone. Harvest has no accounts and nothing to sign in to.

How do I turn off usage statistics?

Go to Settings → Privacy → Share anonymous usage data. Settings is the gear icon at the top of the Portfolio tab.
